Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and producing winning proposals, sources sought, RFIs, and SOQs.
  • Create proposals including writing, proofreading, editing, formatting, and expediting the proposal process.
  • Collaborate with project managers and directors to assist in strategies, develop proposal text, and ensure quality and adherence to delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain and organize files, resumes, and projects used in production of proposals.
  • Production and Coordination of proposals to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Coordination with sub-consultants to gather information for the proposal.
  • Database Management
  • Maintain marketing data base information, resource & organization management systems including, but not limited to reports, filing & images.


Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in A/E/C industry.
  • 5+ years’ experience preparing public sector architecture and engineering RFQ and RFP responses required.
  • Must have the availability to travel locally and perform multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a remote x hybrid work environment with geographically distributed team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Business Development - Lead generation, prospecting, proposing.
  • Proposal writing experience, including federal forms 330/254/255
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and excellent with MS Office products.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and be a self-starter with excellent communication (verbal and written), personal and organizational skills.
  • Must be comfortable and willing to interface with clients.
  • Ability to adapt in different work environments.
  • Curiosity and interest in continuous learning in AI and comfort experimenting and iterating quickly; uses data to validate ideas and measure impact.
  • Commitment to ethical and responsible AI adoption, including privacy-by-design and safe use of tools.
