Job description

Our client's Corporate Marketing Division is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the growing needs of the team.
The ideal candidate will report to the Director of the group and enjoy being in a fast-paced environment working on B2C lead generating campaigns in the personal investment space. You will be helping financial advisors grow their business as well as helping our equity trading division, Zacks Trade, increase their customer base.
You will join a team of creative, marketing and media professionals that support internal and some external Clients. Our team is Chicago-based, currently working remotely.


Qualifications and Necessary Skills

  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing or Finance – familiarity with investment terms is a plus
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Digital marketing experience with emphasis on email
  • Experience or ability to quickly learn to use Basecamp
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email blasts; Pardot would be a plus.
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Tech savvy with strong interpersonal skills and experience interfacing with other technical (and less technical) professionals across organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Working with a pre-determined calendar of lead-generating campaigns
  • Managing project lists (Basecamp is Marketing team’s core tool)
  • Interfacing with team members to ensure key project milestones are met
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Coordinating with team members to communicate post-campaign results with summary reports and provide recommendations for process improvements to marketing team, internal and external Clients.
