Job description

The Marketing Project Manager implements and provides project support from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines, workflows, approvals and content stay on track, on brand and align with Benedictine’s strategic goals. This position will also support the team’s administrative functions.  


  • Provides management from creative development through delivery of community and Support Center projects.
  • Coordinates marketing services and projects for Benedictine Support Center and Benedictine communities that promote and enhance Benedictine systems, brand and identity.
  • Maintains sales and marketing policies and materials in the document management system (PowerDMS) as requested.
  • Manages marketing team operations.
  • Supports the SVP, Marketing and Sales.
  • Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
  • Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design and/or related field
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience in marketing project management or related business field.
  • Competence using personal computers, related software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and project management platforms.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare or service-based industries preferred.

$65,000-$75,000 annually
