Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing marketing initiatives across retail, digital, social media, and brand channels. This position supports the Retail Marketing Director by coordinating promotional campaigns, product launches, retail communications, creative projects, store marketing materials, and digital content.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and has a passion for retail marketing and brand execution.
What You'll Do
Campaign & Project Coordination
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and retail events.
  • Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, task lists, and campaign checklists.
  • Track deadlines, approvals, and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Retail Operations, Product Development, Digital, and external vendors.

Retail Marketing
  • Prepare and distribute promotional communications to retail stores.
  • Develop store execution guides, merchandising instructions, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate store marketing rollouts and collect execution feedback.
  • Support new store openings, remodels, and local marketing initiatives.

Creative & Brand Support
  • Coordinate creative requests for signage, digital assets, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, pricing, branding, and compliance.
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries and approved creative files.
  • Help ensure consistent brand standards across all customer touchpoints.

Print & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate production of signage, point-of-sale materials, window graphics, and printed collateral.
  • Work with printers and vendors to manage production schedules and deliveries.
  • Track project costs, invoices, and vendor deliverables.

Digital & Social Media Support
  • Assist with website updates, email marketing, SMS campaigns, loyalty communications, and social media scheduling.
  • Coordinate digital assets and marketing content across channels.
  • Support reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics.

Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure marketing materials comply with cannabis advertising regulations and company standards.
  • Verify pricing, promotions, disclaimers, legal language, and product information before publication.
  • Conduct quality reviews before campaigns launch.

Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, project documentation, and promotional archives.
