Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, NA on marketing planning, prioritization, and execution across key initiatives
  • Drive coordination across teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and strong follow-through
  • Help manage high-priority initiatives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
  • Analyze marketing performance across all programs to identify key insights, areas of excellence, trends, and opportunities
  • Conduct targeted analyses to support strategic decision‑making and improve market effectiveness
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Develop concise, high‑quality presentations and materials for senior leadership
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, structured narratives and recommendations
  • Support preparation for leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions
  • Remain current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to marketing and communications
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and ways of working through new tools, smarter processes, and evolving ways of working
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, marketing strategy, or a highly analytical role
