Who We Are:
At Rogers Electric, we're not just the largest self-performing electrical, data, and lighting contractor in the U.S. – we're a team of innovators, problem-solvers, and industry leaders. With over 40 years of experience, 1,500+ employees, and 13 nationwide offices, we specialize in everything from ground-up construction to national rollouts and preventative maintenance, offering unparalleled opportunities for growth. Join us and be part of a company that’s always evolving, where you’ll work with top professionals and make an impact from day one!

We’re searching for a highly organized and driven Marketing Project Manager to join our team!

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead marketing projects from initial request through completion, including scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, owners, dependencies, approvals, and final handoff.
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects and campaigns, regularly evaluating priorities, workload, risks, and competing deadlines.
  • Partner with leaders and key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, and other business functions to gather requirements and align on goals and expectations.
  • Create project plans, meeting agendas, status updates, action logs, and other tools that keep teams informed and accountable.
  • Facilitate project and stakeholder meetings, document decisions, follow up on commitments, and remove roadblocks before they affect delivery.
  • Establish clear review and approval workflows for marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely stakeholder feedback.
  • Identify project risks or scope changes early, recommend solutions, and communicate impacts to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Build repeatable processes, templates, and reporting that improve visibility and make marketing work more efficient.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives including company communications, email campaigns, video, events, social media, sales materials, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, manage vendors, and track project-related expenses against budget allocations.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing marketing, creative, communications, or cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a plan, create structure, manage details, and drive work through completion without direct authority over every contributor.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to communicate priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and next steps with leaders and project partners.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through, with the ability to shift priorities while maintaining accuracy and momentum.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation and concise status reporting.
  • Sound judgment, resourcefulness, and a solutions-oriented approach when requirements are incomplete or priorities change.
  • Working knowledge of marketing workflows and the review process for creative, digital, print, video, event, or communications deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and experience with project-management or work-management tools; Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity is a plus.
  • Experience in construction, skilled trades, field services, or another multi-location organization is a plus.

Why You’ll Love Being Here:

  • Positive, team-focused work environment with a collaborative office space, casual dress code, and onsite gym with fitness classes
  • Industry-leading stability with over 40 years of experience and opportunities to grow your career through training and advancement
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, disability, and an Employee Assistance Program
  • 401(k) with a generous company match, weekly pay, paid holidays, and PTO
  • Fun extras like our fully stocked Rogers Café, employee referral bonuses, and other exceptional perks
