Job description

Interface is a global flooring and sustainability leader dedicated to rethinking how spaces work for people and the planet. Our portfolio includes Interface® carpet tile and LVT, nora® rubber flooring, and FLOR® premium area rugs. Across every brand, we innovate in a way that combines design, performance, and sustainability-without compromise.
Trusted by architects, designers, and building professionals worldwide, we help bring bold visions to life with solutions that deliver real, measurable impact. Building on more than 30 years of sustainability progress and industry-first innovation, we remain 'all in' on our goal of becoming carbon negative by 2040, without the use of offsets.

• Familiarity with creative production processes is a plus
• Ability to manage high-volume, repeatable workflows efficiently
• Ability to manage ambiguity and evolving project scope
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership alignment
• Strategic thinking with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to broader business goals
• Familiarity with flooring or related industries is a plus
Essential Duties:
• Lead end-to-end execution of project/product launches, from planning through go-to-market readiness
• Lead and manage strategic marketing initiatives and transformation projects from concept through execution
• Work closely with brand managers, creative teams, product teams, digital teams, and regional marketing to plan & execute key initiatives
• Drive clear, consistent communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and proactive risk management
