Position Summary

This role manages project intake, assessing the scope of the project, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and expectations from the initial request through final delivery and post-project review.
Working closely with the program professional or department lead responsible for each initiative, as well as colleagues across Marketing, Events, Digital Strategy, Creative, and Production, the Project Manager turns strategy into clear, actionable plans. The role keeps projects organized, stakeholders informed, and deliverables moving forward.
This position ensures marketing projects move efficiently from request through completion by bringing clarity, accountability, and organization to every stage of the process. The Project Manager will also help teams develop practical marketing approaches for new programs, events, campaigns, and communications initiatives that strengthen Jewish life in the community.
