Why Join Packer City/UP International?

At Packer City/UP International, we're more than a truck dealershipโ€”we're a team committed to building lasting relationships with our customers, our employees, and our communities. We believe our success starts with our people. That's why we invest in our employees, encourage professional growth, and promote from within whenever possible.

When you join our team, you'll find a workplace where your ideas are welcomed, your contributions are recognized, and your career has room to grow.

What We Offer
  • Competitive pay
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Company-paid basic life insurance
  • Paid holidays (8), vacation, and personal time
  • Uniforms provided with personal lockers
  • Safety apparel program
  • Clean, modern, and team-oriented work environment
  • Ongoing education and manufacturer-sponsored training
  • Career advancement opportunities through our promote-from-within philosophy
  • A collaborative culture where your creativity and ideas are encouraged
What You'll Do

As our Marketing & Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in promoting our brand and supporting the success of multiple departments. No two days are the sameโ€”you'll have the opportunity to create engaging content, manage digital platforms, support company promotions, and help tell the story of our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating the company website
  • Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
  • Developing creative marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Photographing truck inventory and maintaining online listings
  • Updating online inventory by removing sold equipment
  • Designing monthly promotional flyers and marketing materials
  • Collaborating with departments across the company on marketing projects
  • Staying current with industry and digital marketing trends
  • Assisting with customer mailings, promotional items, and branded materials
  • Providing administrative support for marketing and office operations as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for someone who is creative, motivated, and excited to take ownership of our marketing efforts.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills and intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to bring new ideas to the table
  • A valid driver's licenseย
Why This Role Stands Out

This isn't just an entry-level marketing position. It's an opportunity to build your portfolio, gain experience across multiple areas of marketing, and have ownership over projects that directly impact the business. You'll work with leaders across the organization, see your ideas come to life, and continue developing your skills in a company that believes in investing in its people.

If you're ready to build your marketing career with a company that values creativity, teamwork, and professional growth, we'd love to hear from you.
