The Marketing Manager leads the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives across Molo Companies. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue through integrated marketing programs, digital strategy, promotional campaigns, and market insights. The Marketing Manager collaborates with teams. Including Retail, Mechanical, and other divisions to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution that aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

· Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics.

Brand & Content Management

· Maintain brand integrity across all marketing channels and initiatives.

· Create and manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent application.

· Develop content using internal resources and industry sources.

Digital Marketing

· Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, analytics, email marketing, and social media.

· Maintain and optimize company websites for UX, content strategy, SEO, and daily updates.

· Develop and execute the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms.

Campaign & Promotion Execution
