Adjunct Faculty - Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing (In-person)

Position Summary

Ensign College is seeking experienced marketing professionals to join our faculty as Adjunct Instructors in the Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing programs. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about preparing students for successful careers by combining current industry expertise with engaging, student-centered instruction.

Adjunct faculty teach assigned courses, mentor students, and contribute to a learning environment that emphasizes practical application, professional development, and ethical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Teach in-person undergraduate courses in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

  • Create an engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning and student success.

  • Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.

  • Maintain accurate course records and submit grades according to college deadlines.

  • Communicate regularly with students and department leadership.

  • Support the mission and values of Ensign College through professional conduct and student mentorship.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to engage and mentor diverse learners in an in-person classroom environment.

  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
