What Will You Do?
Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Specialist, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of digital marketing programs, coordinating tradeshows and marketing logistics, managing content distribution, maintaining marketing systems, and assisting with analytics and reporting. This role acts as a bridge between marketing strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring campaigns and operational processes run smoothly and effectively.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Digital Marketing & Content Distribution
    • Reviewing, formatting, and deploying newsletters in Hubspot
    • Formatting blog communications, editing SEO, and posting content
    • Managing website updates (non-design-related), including updating pages, routing web forms, and ensuring inquiries reach the correct team member.
    • Maintaining marketing forms, contact lists, and CRM properties to ensure data accuracy.
    • Working within HubSpot to support digital campaigns, workflows, lead routing, and reporting.
  • Social Media & Presentation Support
    • Updating and creating internal presentations for leadership, sales teams, and marketing materials.
    • Create social media calendar and schedule posts, monitor all social channels, respond to engagement, and report on analytics
    • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign and project delivery.
  • Tradeshows & Events
    • Coordinating tradeshow logistics, including managing booth materials, handling shipping, and registration.
    • Maintain showroom and be primary contact for all materials stored within
    • Assisting with on-site events
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements for Effective Performance:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or Salesforce
  • Marketing Cloud Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and coordination skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or content coordination (internships accepted).

Skills/Abilities/Specifications:
  • Eager self-starter with willingness to help where needed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process management.
  • Independent, resourceful problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
