The Experience
Join the Data & Platform Marketing Operations team, part of the Strategy & Operations org, where you'll support the operational backbone of our Data 360, MuleSoft, and Informatica marketing programs. You'll get hands-on exposure to how a marketing organization runs at enterprise scale, working across campaign execution, reporting, and governance cadences as our portfolio grows. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations for the Data & Platform team, including campaign workflow tracking, audience and list management, and QA
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign and program performance across Data 360, MuleSoft, and Informatica
  • Help manage marketing systems and tools such as Salesforce CRM, Asana, and Tableau
  • Support data hygiene, segmentation, and troubleshooting of data or reporting issues
  • Assist with V2MOM tracking and governance cadences, keeping goals, metrics, and dashboards current for planning and review cycles
  • Prepare clean, accurate materials for regular planning rhythms, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and QBRs
  • Document processes and build self-serve resources so the broader team can move faster
  • Partner cross-functionally with campaign, marketing technology, and analytics teams across the Data & Platform org

You're Our Person If...
  • You have 0-2 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related field (internships count)
  • You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with data
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills
  • You're organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Even Better If...
  • You have familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, or exposure to SQL or a BI tool like Tableau
  • You have familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, the V2MOM framework, or internal marketing processes
  • You have an interest in data, platform, or developer-oriented products
