Job description

Drive Digital Strategy
Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Growth Marketing & Performance to lead enterprise digital marketing, demand generation, online reputation, Voice of Customer, and digital performance across our portfolio.
This role owns the strategy, performance intelligence, customer insights, and results of our digital marketing ecosystem. You'll connect marketing performance to business outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn data into clear recommendations and action.

What You'll Do
  • Develop enterprise digital growth strategies aligned with occupancy, leasing, sales, and revenue goals.
  • Oversee paid search, paid social, SEO, websites, landing pages, email, and other digital acquisition channels.
  • Build and maintain digital performance dashboards tracking CPL, CPA, conversion, ROI/ROAS, and channel performance.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns, properties, and channels and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead enterprise online reputation and Voice of Customer strategy, including SOCI, Birdeye, reviews, surveys, and social listening.
  • Lead SEO and GEO/AI-search discoverability strategy as digital search continues to evolve.
  • Manage digital agencies and external partners, establishing clear KPIs, SLAs, and accountability.
  • Partner with Creative Services, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to turn digital insights into business results.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and strategic partnerships to increase marketing capacity and scalability.
  • Lead and develop the Senior Marketing Account Manager - NXT, with potential for additional digital resources as the function grows.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including performance marketing and analytics.
  • Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, website conversion, digital analytics, social media, and online reputation.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external digital partners.
  • Strong understanding of AI's evolving role in search, marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to connect digital marketing metrics to business outcomes such as revenue, occupancy, leasing, and sales.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments and business lines.
