Job description

Trove Brands is a privately-held house of brands including BlenderBottle®, Owala®, Whiskware®, and Eco-Brite®. Our patented and best-selling products are designed to simplify and improve everyday life with leading-edge innovation, incomparable quality, and aspirational style.

A career at Trove Brands is not about punching the clock. It's about embracing exciting and fast-paced opportunities that sharpen your skills, drive innovation, and play an integral role in growing our global reach. Your work will not only impact the company, it will impact the lives of millions of people around the world. When you step up to a career at Trove, you step up to cutting-edge excellence. You sign up for bold action and invigorating synergy. You agree to face—and break through—new challenges every single day.

Come help lead channel strategy for Owala—the fastest growing hydration brand in the country. As a Brand Marketing Associate, you will own the strategy for how Owala shows up and wins across specific retail or digital channels, partnering with experts across the 4Ps to assess, evaluate, and execute channel-specific plans that drive brand growth. This role sits on our brand management career track, offering a path toward broader brand leadership as you build channel expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for specific retail or digital channels — tailoring brand positioning, assortment, and activation to the unique dynamics of each channel
  • Lead strategy execution of brand building, innovation, and business model ideas within your assigned channel(s) to hit financial and volume targets in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with experts across the 4Ps to assess and evaluate channel-level solutions, orchestrate the annual plan for your channel(s), and ensure execution is consistent with brand foundation across every point of sale
  • Understand the consumer within your specific retail or digital channel(s) and work with data to unlock key insights that shape product innovation, assortment, and marketing messaging
  • Oversee demand planning for your channel(s), forecasting through the lens of channel-specific business insights and account dynamics
  • Lead commercialization of product initiatives, ensuring channel readiness and execution that delivers the annual brand plan
  • Partner with Sales to build channel-specific selling stories that profitably win with key customers and strengthen retail partnerships

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in CPG Brand Marketing, Sales/Channel Management, Finance, Consulting, a leadership development program, or another relevant business function; exceptional internship experience may also be considered
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business results and clearly articulating your individual contribution
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to use data to identify insights, make recommendations, and generate creative solutions across multiple channels
  • Working understanding of the 4Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and how they influence brand and business performance
  • Ability to independently own projects and initiatives from strategy through execution while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across functional and sales/channel partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and approaches challenges with adaptability and a team-first mindset
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in CPG, consumer products, retail, or another fast-paced consumer-facing business
  • Experience supporting or owning brand, channel, category, or go-to-market strategy
  • Experience using consumer, customer, sales, or financial data to identify insights and influence business decisions
  • Exposure to P&L management, forecasting, demand planning, or other financial drivers of a business
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Finance, Creative, Product, Operations/Purchasing, or Supply Chain
  • Experience evaluating or influencing assortment, pricing, product positioning, promotions, or commercialization
  • Demonstrated ability to balance short-term business opportunities with long-term brand health
  • Experience working in a high-growth or rapidly changing environment

Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic. We value innovation through collaboration. And while we work smart and hard, we also connect and celebrate with equal gusto. We host team-building activities, athletic events, and seasonal celebrations to foster community and reward accomplishments. Bottom line? You'll love it here.

Among the many benefits our team members enjoy are:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care
  • 401k package with employer matching
  • Paid Time Off
  • Maternity/Paternity leave
  • Full indoor basketball/volleyball court
  • Fully equipped fitness center (cardio, weights, functional fitness area, lockers and showers, etc.)
  • Yoga studio
  • Meditation/Nap room
  • And much more!
