Job description

Marketing Operations Coordinator - Help Bring Great Marketing to Life

Behind every successful marketing team is someone making sure the right people, tools, information, resources, and processes are in place-and that everything keeps moving.

As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you'll play an important role in making that happen for the IPCC and IPMI brands and entities. You'll be at the center of the Marketing Department's day-to-day operations, helping organize projects, maintain brand resources, coordinate vendors and inventory, keep digital content current, and create systems that make it easier for the team to do great work.

This is an opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership, solves problems, and thrives on making things run better. If you're the person who naturally keeps track of the details, anticipates what the team will need next, and finds satisfaction in turning complexity into organized, efficient processes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Keep the Marketing Team Moving

  • Support the day-to-day operations and administrative needs of the Marketing Department.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, materials, printing, and other activities that keep marketing initiatives moving forward.
  • Maintain departmental procedures, templates, documentation, and resources so the team has what it needs when it needs it.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Strategic Marketing.

Bring Organization to Systems & Workflows

  • Keep marketing file systems, shared drives, and digital assets organized, accessible, and easy to navigate.
  • Maintain project tasks and workflow systems and help the team stay on track.
  • Manage the organization's brand resource library and marketing asset repository.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and make the team's work easier.

Protect and Strengthen Our Brands

  • Help ensure brand assets and marketing resources are accurate, current, organized, and readily available.
  • Maintain consistency across marketing materials, resources, and communications for our brands and entities.
  • Support the team in maintaining strong brand standards and an organized marketing ecosystem.

Coordinate Vendors, Purchasing & Inventory

  • Coordinate vendor relationships, invoices, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenditures, contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Keep marketing collateral, promotional items, signage, and event materials organized and appropriately stocked.
  • Help ensure the team has the materials and resources needed to support campaigns, events, and initiatives.

Keep Our Digital & Internal Channels Current

  • Maintain website and intranet content to ensure information is accurate, timely, and up to date.
  • Coordinate publication of approved content with members of the Marketing team.
  • Support internal communications initiatives and employee-facing content distribution.

Support Marketing in Action

  • Provide logistical and operational support for marketing campaigns, events, and departmental initiatives.
  • Help coordinate the details behind the scenes so marketing projects and experiences come together smoothly.
  • Prepare and organize operational information and reporting that helps management understand priorities, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means the Marketing Department is organized, informed, prepared, and able to move efficiently.

You'll be someone the team can count on to:

  • Keep details from falling through the cracks.
  • Anticipate needs and follow through without being asked twice.
  • Bring structure and organization to multiple projects and priorities.
  • Find practical ways to improve processes.
  • Communicate clearly and build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Protect the consistency and integrity of our brands.
  • Deliver responsive, professional, service-oriented support.

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, office administration, project support, or a related field.
  • Experience managing systems, records, workflows, projects, or administrative processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, CRM systems, and/or vendor coordination is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
  • Native American preference will be given.

The Skills That Will Make You Successful

  • Highly organized - You know how to bring order to moving pieces and keep priorities on track.
  • Detail-oriented - You notice the small things because you understand they make a big difference.
  • Proactive - You anticipate needs, take initiative, and look for solutions before problems become obstacles.
  • Resourceful - You can evaluate information, identify problems, and develop practical solutions.
  • A strong communicator - You communicate clearly, professionally, and with respect.
  • Collaborative - You build positive working relationships with people across departments, brands, and levels of the organization.

Our CRAVE Culture

We are in the business of hospitality first. We're committed to providing everyone who walks through our doors-team members, guests, and partners-with an exceptional experience. That commitment is known as CRAVE.

Across every brand and location, we strive to create welcoming environments, meaningful connections, and memorable experiences for every guest and one another, all to serve the 19 Pueblos of New Mexico. How we show up each day matters.

In this role, you'll help bring CRAVE to life by:

  • Creating welcoming experiences through genuine warmth, respect, and attentiveness.
  • Anticipating needs and responding with urgency, care, and attention to detail.
  • Upholding integrity and professionalism in every aspect of your work.
  • Collaborating with care to help create a positive, service-driven culture.

  • Maintaining consistency and excellence across our brands, locations, and marketing efforts.

Why This Role Matters

Marketing operations may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is everywhere. The systems you organize, the resources you maintain, the vendors you coordinate, and the details you manage help our marketing team tell our stories, strengthen our brands, support our properties, and create meaningful experiences.

If you're energized by organization, collaboration, problem-solving, and the opportunity to make a team better, this could be the role for you.
