Job description

Impact Scale LLC is looking for an execution-focused Media Buying Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day backend infrastructure behind our paid media team. Please note: This is not a media buying or creative ad creation role. Your singular objective is to make sure our media buyers have the accounts, profiles, domains, tracking, landing pages, pixels, and payment systems they need to launch and scale campaigns without friction. Simple goal: Keep the media buying team online and ready to scale. Your success is measured directly by media buyer uptime and infrastructure readiness. You will act as the logistical lifeline for our high-volume digital marketing engine, ensuring zero downtime across our advertising networks.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising Account Infrastructure Management

  • Account Setup Maintenance: Provision, configure, and maintain Meta/Facebook advertising accounts to support scaling campaigns.

  • Profile Proxy Administration: Manage user profiles, secure proxy networks, and navigate AdsPower(multi-accounting anti-detect browser software) configurations flawlessly.

  • Pipeline Readiness: Keep media buyers continuously supplied with active accounts, maintaining a structural pipeline of alternative and backup systems.

  • Account Warming: Systematically warm up newly deployed accounts through structured organic activity, page creation, and low-budget boosted posts to ensure account health.

Technical Funnels, Tracking Integration

  • Landing Page Deployment: Build out, duplicate, and configure live landing pages using pre-existing structural team templates.

  • Domain Portfolio Ownership: Purchase, organize, and manage high-volume domain portfolios, verifying secure web setups.

  • Everflow Tracking Architecture: Set up new Everflow user permissions, configure tracking links, manage parameter data, and test server-side postback integrations.

  • Pixel Connectivity: Connect platform tracking pixels to the exact matching ad accounts to preserve machine-learning data integrity.

Financial Oversight Technical Troubleshooting

  • Balance Top-Up Monitoring: Continuously monitor ad account balances, manage corporate credit cards, and handle manual financial top-ups before budgets deplete.

  • Issue Diagnosis Triage: Troubleshoot account bans, payment declines, broken tracking links, pixel mismatches, and infrastructure bugs under high-velocity conditions.

  • System Organization: Maintain clean, updated central spreadsheets and documentation logging all live profiles, proxies, domains, and payment tools.

What Success Looks Like

This role is highly metric-driven, evaluated on technical readiness and buyer uptime:

  • Buyer Buffer: Every media buyer has a minimum of 3 usable advertising accounts actively running or immediately available.

  • Infrastructure Inventory: The team continuously maintains 15+ backup ad accounts fully ready or going through the warming process.

  • Capital Velocity: Accounts are proactively funded before automated billing thresholds or balance issues pause live traffic.

  • Flawless Integration: New accounts are perfectly synchronized with designated profiles, proxies, pixels, domains, landing pages, and Everflow campaigns.

Qualifications Skills

  • Experience Level: 1–3+ years of experience in an operations support, media buying assistant, affiliate marketing, or technical coordinator role.

  • Operational Adaptability: High comfort level learning niche technical software, managing dozens of active accounts simultaneously, and executing repeatable checklists.

  • Technical Familiarity: Prior exposure to Meta Ads Manager, AdsPower, proxy networking, Everflow, domain DNS registers, or landing page builders is highly preferred but not required.

  • Core Attributes: Elite organizational skills, strong troubleshooting skills, deep reliability with daily recurring tasks, and a high sense of personal ownership.

Compensation Benefits

  • Salary Range: $20 - $30 per hour (Dependent upon experience, expertise, and strategic value).

  • Health Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance packages (Available following a standard 90-day introductory period).

  • Retirement: Corporate retirement savings plan options with a traditional 401(k) (Eligible after 90 days of continuous employment).

  • Time Off: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) allotment and observed holiday schedule

  • Perks Luxury Culture: Daily catered lunches, a fully stocked premium coffee and tea bar, unlimited snacks, and free garage parking. Employees also enjoy routine professional development opportunities within an elite, growth-driven leadership environment in Downtown Vancouver, WA.
