Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is a hands-on execution role that supports the day-to-day delivery of marketing programs across Growth Marketing, Content & Creative, and Brand. This role helps move projects from plan to launch by building campaigns, organizing assets, managing workflows, supporting partners, and maintaining the systems that keep work moving efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys executing across multiple marketing disciplines and thrives on organization, detail management, and cross-functional collaboration. The Marketing Specialist ensures activations are deployed accurately, marketing assets are properly managed, and performance data is organized to support ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations
  • Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns, briefs, and automated flows.
  • Build and maintain Meta advertising campaigns, including campaign setup and creative test iterations.
  • Support subscriber acquisition, list growth, and database hygiene initiatives.
  • Assist in pulling, organizing, and maintaining marketing performance data across channels.
  • Build and deploy assets for our online store in Shopify, including homepage updates, new web pages, and content updates.
  • Partner with e-commerce team as marketing representative in monthly site audits, including executing any needed updates from marketing side.

Partnerships, Influencers & Community
  • Support affiliate, publisher, and influencer programs, including communications, activation coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Manage giveaway execution, including partner coordination, audience imports, fulfillment support, and participant onboarding.

Content & Asset Management
  • Support content marketing initiatives through content publishing, asset coordination, content optimization, and channel deployment (website, blog, SEO).
  • Organize asset management operations, including organization, tagging, metadata, and archiving of photography, video, creative assets, and customer reviews.
  • Support international marketing execution and localization efforts.

Research, Insights & Team Enablement
  • Support marketing research efforts, surveys, competitive analysis, and documentation of marketing processes.
  • Assist with team coordination needs, including meeting logistics, sock donations, event materials, catering, and administrative support.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing programs, including email, paid social, web, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar tools.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems, project management platforms, CMS tools, email platforms, and marketing technology preferred.
  • Ideal candidate would have a good working knowledge of SEO best practices.
