The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

 EXCEPTIONAL INTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders on non-competitive, letter / scope proposals including assembly, reviews, approval, and tracking.
  • Utilizing excellent communication and project management skills to bring together information from multiple sources to meet tight deadlines.

WORKING AS PART OF A TEAM

  • Proofread and edit marketing materials.
  • Assist with competitive proposals and presentations as needed, including pulling, updating, or modifying standard materials and assembly / delivery.
  • Supporting Marketing Coordinators and Senior Marketing Coordinators to meet their proposal / presentation / qualification deadlines.
  • Includes some data entry and extraction from our database.
  • Tailor professional resumes for technical staff on specific opportunities.

Qualifications You’ll Need on Day One:

  • Excellent writing / editing / proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail and deadline-oriented environment with demonstrated efficiency and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive team spirit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Able to easily navigate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint (database) isn't necessary, but willingness to learn and embrace is mandatory.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
  • AEC industry knowledge or experience.
