Job description

Marketing Manager

Hybrid WA or MI, USA | Reports to Director, Global Marketing | US Scope

Build. Lead. Transform.

If you like moving fast, owning outcomes, and seeing your work show up everywhere from LinkedIn to the expo hall, this role is for you.

Quickparts is hiring a Marketing Manager, US who brings limitless energy to how the world sees Quickparts. This is a builder's role for someone who can walk a trade show floor on Monday, launch a campaign on Tuesday, and ship a website update by Friday — all while keeping our story sharp, consistent, and unmistakably Quickparts.

Why This Role Matters

For 35 years, Quickparts has been rewriting the rules of manufacturing. We call it Limitless Manufacturing, and it's why aerospace, defense, medical, and automotive leaders trust us. As Marketing Manager, you will:

✔ Bring us to the room across digital, social, and in-person events

✔ Champion the brand and keep our story front and center

✔ Keep our digital front door sharp via our website and SEO

✔ Build campaigns that move metrics and prove what worked

✔ Turn inboxes and social channels into real pipeline and leads

What You’ll Do

  • Work as a team to plan, run and own our presence across all channels, including digital, social, and in-person events (customer events, trade shows, webinars)
  • Own how Quickparts shows up everywhere: keep our voice, look, and message consistent across every channel and touch point
  • Drive the Limitless Manufacturing brand forward in everything we ship, and manage PR efforts — media relationships, press releases, and reputation
  • Own our WordPress site as a living asset: fresh content, new landing pages, and product updates, backed by SEO and performance work
  • Drive integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, partnering with design and content to ship assets fast
  • Prove what worked with data-driven reporting that shapes the next campaign
  • Build and run email programs (newsletters, promotions, retention plays) with the segmentation and cadence to make every send count
  • Use metrics discipline to keep improving open, click, and conversion rates
  • Own social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram: create and curate content that builds brand awareness, sparks engagement, and generates real leads

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with real depth in events, digital marketing, or social media management
  • Hands-on proficiency with WordPress, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools (LinkedIn Ads and similar)
  • A track record of juggling multiple projects at once without dropping the details
  • Sharp written and verbal communication — you can write the campaign and pitch it in the same meeting
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics; Google Analytics experience is a strong plus
  • Bonus: Comfort in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Bonus: A sharp eye for detail and a creative streak that shows up in the campaigns you build

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • We look for people who say yes to challenges when others say no — the ones who believe “quick” never has to mean sacrificing quality. Come find out the difference between a marketing job and a long-term career at Quickparts.
  • Flexible work environment
  • Competitive compensation
  • 401K Employer match
  • Excellent health and wellness benefits
  • Generous Paid Time Off - Recharge with ample PTO, including vacation days, sick leave, and holidays
