Job description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing initiatives for Rejuvime Medical. This role leads the strategic direction of campaigns, content, and brand messaging across digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Manager oversees the Social Media Manager and Marketing Interns, ensuring marketing goals are met, brand standards are upheld, and growth opportunities are consistently identified and executed.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management
  • Supervise, train, and develop the Social Media Manager and Marketing Interns.

  • Assign daily/weekly tasks and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Oversee internal workflow for content planning and creation.

Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing calendars including events, promotions, campaigns, and advertising schedules.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing plans for new services, product launches, and patient education initiatives.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly/quarterly reporting on leads, engagement, KPIs, and ROI.

  • Manage the marketing budget for campaigns, events, and partnerships as directed.

Content & Digital Management
  • Oversee planning and implementation of content across digital channels, including social media, website, email/text marketing, TV loops, and in-office displays.

  • Coordinate filming and content shoots with providers, the videographer, and other internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update TV loop content to ensure relevance and consistency across locations.

  • Monitor digital trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to adjust strategies.

Podcast Management
  • Manage guest coordination, scheduling, and production timelines for The Consult Before the Cut podcast.

  • Oversee podcast-related marketing activities and social promotion to support audience and brand growth.

Event & Community Marketing
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and executing in-house events, trainings, and virtual events.

  • Attend and represent the practice at community events, conferences, and partnership functions.

  • Support "boots on the ground" marketing efforts to drive local presence and awareness.

  • Manage donation and sponsorship requests; track outcomes and brand value.

Brand Development & Growth
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing materials.

  • Develop new ideas and initiatives to increase patient engagement and brand awareness in each market location.

  • Establish and grow partnerships with local businesses to expand reach and referral opportunities.

  • Support onboarding of new hires through marketing tasks such as coordinating headshots, bio collection, and intro videos.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field plus 5 years of marketing experience, or 8 years of marketing experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 1 year of experience leading the marketing function and supervising direct reports.
  • Valid Driver's License
Preferred Education or Experience
  • Experience in the medical or aesthetics industry.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and content creation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and cross- functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pivot between tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable attending events, filming content, and engaging with patients/staff on-site.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking, listening, and responding in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and position equipment when capturing photo or video content.
  • Visual ability to review digital content for accuracy, design quality, and brand consistency.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
