Position Summary:

ANR is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team!  The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the daily operations of the Marketing Department to achieve business objectives. 

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting agency growth through effective marketing initiatives.  This individual will provide leadership and support in the development of marketing services for ANR and contracted client organizations. The Marketing Manager will work on behalf of ANR and its clients to promote services, strengthen community partnerships, and build relationships with external organizations.  

  • Full-Time (40 hours/week)
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM
  • Hybrid work schedule available upon successful completion of training.  Great for work/life balance!
  • Travel mileage reimbursement provided at the current state rate
  • Company vehicles are available when travel is required
  • Salary Range $60,000-$70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement daily workflow of the Marketing Department.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance.
  • Work closely with the Director and Team to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members, fostering professional growth and maximizing team performance.
  • Provide project oversight to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assignments.
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Director to balance workflow and productivity levels.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Utilize market insights and data analytics to refine marketing strategies and decision making.
  • Prepare and present reports to the Director regarding targets and goals outlined in marketing plans.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership, team members, clients, and community partners.
  • Outline project timelines, duties, and monitor progress toward completion for the Marketing Team and Director.
  • Write, edit, and coordinate the design for informational and marketing materials.
  • Provide necessary support for assigned projects.
  • Manage ANR’s internal branding and branding of clients.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the mission of ANR.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing plans for programs, organizations, or multiple clients
  • Knowledge of video marketing and production, including camera setup, shot composition, audio capture, and editing for digital platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Experience:  Experience with some or all of the following platforms:  Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, Canva, WordPress, Squarespace, Hootsuite, Social Media Platforms, and Photoshop
  • Preferred Experience:  Previous experience managing staff
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
