This position is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives including email marketing, marketing automation, CRM audience management, website content, campaigns, analytics, digital banking communications, community event support, and emerging marketing technologies.We are seeking the right person with a passion for marketing, a willingness to learn, and a desire to help connect members with the financial solutions that improve their lives.Essential FunctionsDevelop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.Manage and support marketing automation initiatives through HubSpot.Build, maintain, and refine member audience segments using marketing data systems and CRM tools to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.Support the administration and optimization of marketing platforms, including HubSpot, CRM systems, and other digital marketing tools.Maintain and update website content while ensuring accuracy, usability, and brand consistency.Support marketing efforts within digital banking platforms, including in-app messaging, alerts, advertising banners, and member notifications to improve engagement and product adoption.Assist in developing and executing marketing communications across member touchpoints, including digital banking, email, website, branch channels, and community interactions.Assist in planning, promoting, and supporting community engagement events, including branch events, sponsorship activations, financial education workshops, and local community partnerships.Coordinate event marketing efforts such as invitations, promotional materials, social media support, and post-event communications.Assist in developing campaigns that promote products, services, and organizational initiatives.Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using marketing analytics, CRM data, website metrics, digital banking engagement data, and event participation insights.Collaborate with internal departments to identify marketing opportunities across all member interaction points.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative assets and marketing collateral.Stay informed on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.Assist with SEO, advertising, and conversion optimization initiatives.Ensure compliance with brand standards and applicable regulations in all communications.Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to support community events, organizational initiatives, and other marketing activities.Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.One or more years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, related marketing functions preferred.Equivalent combinations of education, internships, certifications, and professional experience will be considered.Experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, or email marketing software.Basic graphic design experience or familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is a plus.Experience supporting or coordinating community events, sponsorships, or outreach initiatives is a plus.Experience within financial services, credit unions, or a regulated industry is a plus.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on ExcelKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Comfortable learning new technology platforms and digital marketing tools.Familiarity with website content management systems and digital marketing best practices.Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and make data-informed recommendations.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
