SiLo is looking for a student local to Nashville, Tennessee to join our team, part time, as a Brand Marketing Intern during the 2026-2027 school year!


As the Brand Marketing Intern, you will help showcase SiLo's brand across social media, the web, and in informational materials. This is a part time/hybrid role. You will join us in our downtown Nashville office to capture content and collaborate with the team, while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely to handle the post-production and editing phase of projects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Brand Consistency: Directly collaborate with SiLo's Brand Ambassador and Director of Sales to meet marketing objectives and maintain a unified brand voice.
  • Strategy & Planning: Help to develop and implement a marketing strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and for our website.
  • Content Creation: Assist in execution of the content creation lifecycle, from filming and editing photos/videos to scheduling and posting, using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience operating with Canon cameras is a plus.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure campaign success and engagement.
  • Trend Management: Maintain current knowledge of the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Collaboration: Ensure content is informative, appealing, and aligned with company goals by working with internal partners and collaborating with industry professionals and influencers.
  • Event Support: Coordinate support for company events, internal meetings, and community engagement efforts.


Core Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency and professional experience in the following:

  • Canva: Ability to create quick-turnaround social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop: Strong photo editing skills for professional use.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro: Video editing capabilities, including cutting, color grading, audio syncing, and exporting content for various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Web, etc.).
  • Photo and Video Production: Experience setting up studio lighting, microphones, and operating professional cameras to capture high-quality photo and video content.
