Chick-fil-A Elmhurst is looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing activities, drive catering sales in the local community, execute in-store events, and provide in-store leadership.

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for:

Marketing & Catering Execution

  • Plan and run local campaigns aligned with Chick-fil-A brand and Operator vistion
  • Execution of delivery and setup for some catering events
  • Create a monthly catering sales goal and plans to achieve it
  • Maintain a marketing event calendar to ensure campaigns and events are prepared, communicated and executed.
  • Use community trends, competition, and guest feedback to inform strategy.
  • Track campaign results and recommend adjustments

Data & Analysis

  • Review restaurant reports, sales trends, and marketing outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for campaigns and engagements
  • Build and/or utilize tools (dashboards, spreadsheets) to track and share results


Creativity & Brand Growth

  • Create fresh, engaging wasy to connect with the community and team.
  • Ensure all activities reflect Chick-fil-A Values and Operator standards
  • Produce promotional materials, social content, and in-restaurant signage.


Restaurant Support

  • Work in a team member position each week to stay connected to operations, guests, and team culture
  • Assist leaders and team in delivering operational excellence


Other Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and execution of community events (school partnerships, local sports teams etc.)
  • Collaborate with Team Care on creative recognition for team members.
  • Maintain strong communication with the Operator and Directors on all marketing initiatives
  • Stay current with Chick-fil-A Support Center marketing resources and adapt them for the restaurant
  • Represent Chick-fil-A with professionalism and warmth in all community and guest interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned by restaurant leadership

We will know the Sales and Marketing Manager is successful upon attaining the following:

  • Marketing events are communicated well to the team and leadership and executed well for our community
  • Catering sales increases of 5-10% over prior year each month
  • Guests and team members have an overall great experience at well-attended events which remain within budget (approximately 1-2 per month)
  • All reports and data analysis are completed accurately and on time with events and goals centered on measurable outcomes

  • Have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check based on the applicable policies in the current edition of the Chick-fil-A Elmhurst Team Member Handbook

    and success factors to Team Members
  • Effectively coach and give direction
