Position Summary
The Development Events Associate supports the organization's fundraising and development efforts through event coordination, donor engagement, and administrative support. This role works closely with the Development team to ensure efficient execution of events, communications, and donor-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • The following duties are considered essential functions of the position:
  • Assist in planning and executing development events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on event coordination
  • Maintain event and alumni databases
  • Coordinate communications and marketing materials
  • Prepare reports and track event outcomes
  • Manage logistics including vendors and event setup
  • Serve as a point of contact for event inquiries
  • Support vendor and partner relationships
  • Participate in professional development and mission-based activities
