Job description

Job Purpose: Responsible to present Vibrant Life philosophy in the community, to perspective clients, and family members. Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives. Evaluate customer research, marketing conditions, competition and implement marketing plan as needed. Oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities

 • Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information

 • Develop and implement marketing plans

 • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects

 • Monitor, review and report an all marketing activity and results

 • Manage the marketing budget

 • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget

 • Develop pricing strategy

 • Maintain price sheets and marketing packets for new residents.

 • Liaison with media and advertising

 • Create and maintain proper levels of all marketing materials, keeping within the marketing budget

• Maintain marketing database with all contacts, referral sources, marketing logs, availability sheets and in-person visits

• Develop and maintain relationships for referral sources and new business

 • Responsible for all correspondence and communication to potential clients including: inquiry calls, tours and all follow-up letters, e-mails and phone calls

• Train other employees on inquiry calls and tour protocol for back-up as needed

• Attend and participate in meetings and trainings

 • New admission contracts and gathering all state required documentation

 • Maintain State required documents

• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Compassion/skills to help people focus on the living at New Friends. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification with 2 to 4 years of experience. Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies. Technical marketing skills for healthcare/assisted living. Proven experience in customer and market research. Relevant industry knowledge. Must have a desire to work in the health care field. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Must be able to work as part of a management team. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
