Job description

WHY DEPT? We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world's most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

At DEPT, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build. THE ROLE: Director of Partner Marketing, Americas As Director of Partner Marketing, Americas, you will lead the strategic development and hands‐on execution of co‐marketing, demand generation, and partner‐aligned events across the Americas. You'll be the driving force behind our joint go‐to‐market efforts with tech and media partners such as Adobe, Shopify, Google, Optimizely, TikTok, Meta, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and more, working to elevate our shared value propositions, generate pipeline, and amplify DEPT's leadership in AI‐powered services, cloud migrations, personalization, media innovation, and digital commerce.

You will collaborate cross‐functionally with Growth, Alliances, Regional Marketing, and Sales teams to design and deliver integrated campaigns, content, demand plays, and events that turn partner relationships into tangible business results. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build & execute co‐marketing strategy – develop and roll out joint marketing plans with strategic partners, generating campaigns spanning webinars, case studies, thought leadership, email programs, and partner marketplace content. Drive pipeline & demand generation – partner with Growth, Partnerships, and Regional Marketing to launch sourced and co‐sourced demand campaigns, track and optimize for KPIs, ROI, and pipeline targets and create demand plays aligned to partner incentives, MDF/coop budgets, and regional sales priorities.

Lead events & experiences – plan and manage partner‐aligned events (executive roundtables, CIO experiences, roadshows, workshops, conferences such as Adobe Summit), manage speaker submissions, session content, booth messaging, and overall event activation strategy. Oversee content & messaging development – develop partner‐driven content and campaigns across teams, craft compelling stories around AI‐powered services, cloud migrations, personalization, media innovation, and commerce, ensuring messaging aligns with DEPT's brand and partner positioning. Manage partnership operations – oversee partner portals, listings, marketplace profiles, badge/tier updates, awards submissions and general partner governance; collaborate with Alliances to support tier requirements and partner status goals; maintain a shared calendar of partner campaigns, events, and GTM programs to align teams.

WHAT YOU BRING Significant experience (ideally 7–10+ years) in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or integrated B2B marketing, preferably within agencies, technology, or SaaS environments. Proven success working with enterprise‐grade tech or media partners (Google, Adobe, etc.). Demonstrated track record of building joint marketing programs that drive pipeline/demand, with strong analytical and performance‐optimization skills.

Experience conceptualizing and executing content and storytelling around technical/enterprise offerings and professional services, for both marketing and executive audiences. Strong event & experiential marketing experience, from conceptualization to execution at conferences, roundtables, roadshows, and workshops. Excellent cross‐functional stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‐on execution.

Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast‐paced environments. Passion for emerging technologies, AI‐powered services, and modern digital experiences. WHAT DO WE OFFER We are a collaborative, open‐door, best‐idea‐wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it.
