Content Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
The Content Marketing Specialist will support a growing direct-to-consumer Pella branch serving northern Texas. This role helps create marketing content that builds brand awareness, supports lead generation, and connects with customers across multiple channels.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is excited to learn, take initiative, and grow. The Dallas-Fort Worth branch is a place where new ideas are tested and improved, giving this role strong potential for development within the branch and across the Pella system.
Pella is expanding its marketing focus to reach more customers directly. The Content Marketing Specialist will help support that effort by creating content that strengthens the brand while also helping generate interest and leads.
Position Location
The position is located at Pella of DFW's headquarters in Grapevine, Texas. This role will require regional travel to various job sites throughout the DFW market to capture photos, video, and customer testimonials. This is a full-time direct hire position. International candidates and agencies are NOT eligible.
Responsibilities
  • Create, schedule, and post social media content across relevant platforms while helping maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Help manage and organize Pella's brand assets, photos, and image library.
  • Travel to job sites in the region to capture photos, videos, and customer testimonials for marketing materials.
  • Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and digital content.
  • Support the planning and launch of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and print channels.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to make sure content supports campaign goals and follows brand guidelines.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Help communicate the company's brand clearly and consistently in all marketing materials.
  • Provide support with web content, emails, copywriting, and other digital marketing projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or a related marketing role.
  • A strong portfolio showing content created for social media, marketing materials, or brand campaigns.
  • Comfort working with customers or team members on camera to help capture clear, engaging content.
  • Experience in home improvement, construction, or premium consumer brands is a plus.
  • Ability to create engaging short-form video and visual content.

Skills & Attributes
  • Creative and Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create polished visual content. Photography and basic video skills are important, including using a DSLR or iPhone in the field.
  • Data-Aware: Understands basic social media and marketing performance metrics and uses them to improve content.
  • Organized and Reliable: Able to manage multiple projects, stay on schedule, and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
