The Marketing Performance Lead drives end-to-end marketing measurement and analytics, delivering actionable insights that optimize campaign performance, improve funnel conversion, and maximize demand generation effectiveness. Working closely with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Data teams, this role ensures accurate reporting, consistent performance measurement, and clear visibility into business results.
As a senior individual contributor, the Marketing Performance Lead uses data-driven recommendations to guide marketing investment decisions and support revenue growth.

What You'll Do:
Own Marketing Performance Reporting & Insights
  • Design, build, and evolve dashboards and reporting across all funnel stages (engagement, leads, MQL, SQL, opportunities, revenue)
  • Define and standardize KPIs, funnel definitions, and performance views across teams
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc insights to support day-to-day and strategic decision-making
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing performance analytics

Drive Funnel Performance & Demand Efficiency
  • Analyze full-funnel performance to identify conversion gaps, bottlenecks, and leakage points
  • Evaluate demand generation performance using key metrics (conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per MQL, ROI)
  • Identify performance drivers across campaigns, channels, and segments
  • Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations to improve performance across Marketing and Inside Sales

Lead Advanced Measurement & Attribution (MMM + MTA)
  • Apply and interpret advanced measurement approaches, including media mix modeling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA)
  • Translate model outputs into actionable insights that inform media and channel-level investment decisions
  • Provide data-driven perspectives on how spend should be distributed across campaigns, channels, and tactics based on performance
  • Challenge assumptions on channel and campaign effectiveness by identifying true performance drivers
  • Partner with Data Science, Analytics, or external partners to ensure models reflect accurate inputs and business context
  • Evolve measurement approaches to improve visibility into incrementality and overall marketing impact

Performance Insights & Scenario Analysis
  • Analyze historical performance trends to provide clarity on demand generation, conversion, and pipeline health
  • Develop scenario-based analyses to evaluate the potential impact of changes in volume, conversion rates, or channel mix
  • Connect performance data to business outcomes to support informed discussions on growth and efficiency
  • Provide clear, fact-based perspectives that highlight trade-offs across channels and performance drivers

Ensure Data Quality & Measurement Integrity
  • Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and reporting gaps impacting performance visibility
  • Partner with Data and IT teams to improve data reliability and reporting consistency
  • Ensure alignment of definitions, logic, and reporting outputs across systems and teams
  • Build confidence in marketing data through validation, governance, and consistency

What you bring:
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, revenue analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and complex funnel data.
  • Proven ability to develop and own performance reporting in a multi-channel marketing environment.
  • Expertise in translating data and analysis into actionable recommendations that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing decisions through data-driven storytelling.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and collaborates effectively across teams.
  • English proficiency is required to support the full North American business.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 a year.
