BillGOย is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Customer Acquisition to drive data-informed decision-making across our BGX performance marketing efforts. This role will focus on customer acquisition analytics, helpingย optimizeย campaign performance, improve funnel efficiency, and uncover actionable insights that fuel scalable growth.ย 

Youโ€™llย partner closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to analyze performance across channels, evaluate targeting strategies, and continuously improve how weย acquireย new customers.ย

Whatย Youโ€™llย Doย 

Performance Marketing Analyticsย 

  • Analyze end-to-end acquisition funnel performance (impressions toย clicks toย conversions toย activation).ย ย 

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance across channels (paid search, paid social, display, affiliates, etc.).ย ย 

  • Identifyย trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve efficiency (CAC, conversion rates, ROI).ย ย 

Campaign Optimization & Insightsย 

  • Develop insights toย optimizeย audience targeting, segmentation, and channel mix.ย ย 

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to creative, messaging, and landing page performance.ย ย 

  • Partner with marketing teams to design and measure A/B tests and experiments.ย ย 

Customer Acquisition Strategyย 

  • Build models and analyses to understand customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and payback periods.ย ย 

  • Support forecasting and scenario planning for acquisition growth.ย ย 

  • Identifyย high-value customer segments and opportunities to scale efficiently.ย ย 

Data & Reportingย 

  • Create andย maintainย dashboards and reporting frameworks forย acquisitionย KPIs.ย ย 

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing platforms and internal systems.ย ย 

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.ย ย 

Cross-Functional Collaborationย 

  • Work closely with BGX performance marketing, product, and growth teams toย align onย goals and metrics.ย ย 

  • Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to improve data pipelines and tracking.ย ย 

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.ย 

What You Bringย 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsย 

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in performance marketing and customer acquisitionsย 

  • Strongย proficiencyย with data analysis tools and experience working with large datasetsย ย 

  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, attribution tools)ย 

  • Experience with cohort analysis and segmentationย 

  • Ability toย leverageย AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) as a force multiplier to improve speed, quality, and impact of work.ย 

Preferredย 

  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or lendingย 

  • Experience with customerย experienceย mappingย
