Job description

POSITION TITLE: Marketing & Event Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Chief Information Officer
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing and Event Coordinator supports the development and implementation of internal and external marketing and communication. This role is responsible for the production of a full range of marketing and development materials and special events to effectively support CareSTL Health's brand and strategic goals, and to convey CareSTL Health's mission to diverse audiences in a manner that reflects the mission, branding, vision, and policies of CareSTL Health. In addition, the Marketing and Event Coordinator promotes CareSTL Health through social media, website, blogs, e-newsletters, community events and other vehicles as appropriate.
Essential Functions:
  • Creates & assists with implementing company-wide public relations, marketing plans and internal communication including, but not limited to a calendar for all social media, campaigns, events, and strategic plan.
  • Create & assists with developing marketing material for all health centers and related site to ensure uniformity of content messaging and brand standards including the creation and editing of graphics/photography for all marketing collateral and video content.
  • Responsible for daily posting on numerous platforms (email, website, blogs, social media, video, podcast and print), ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style and quality and optimized for search and user experience.
  • Lead & execute with the organizing of departmental and companywide events (and related traditional or digital campaigns), promote, and attend events to facilitate their success which includes all aspects of event planning and promotions, including pre, live, and post the event.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data and develop corrective actions plans when necessary.

Education:
  • BA Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Communications, or related field from an accredited college or university.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, and interactive (internet/web) strategy.
Transportation Requirement:
  • Must have reliable transportation

Additional Information:
  • Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
