DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator in our Olathe, KS office. This individual will be primarily responsible for working with the team on various marketing projects and invoice/Co-Op processing. Bachelor's degree preferred, experience with digital marketing a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating marketing department activities as directed by management
  • Researching various projects and writing reports for review by management
  • Effectively communicating, verbally and in writing, with all internal and external customers
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in all marketing campaigns
  • Monitor, report, and communicate with leadership on best practices, strategies, performance, and recommendations for marketing initiatives
  • Synthesize complex technical content into compelling actionable content that produces high response and optimal search rates
  • Process marketing invoices and Co-Op credits
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Wordpress, and Adobe Commerce preferred
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to write content, copy and message in a variety of styles, voices and tones, and adaptable to different target audiences, product categories and branding initiatives
