We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. Our drive is just like our athletes, unrivaled. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become on along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.
A Day in the Life:
The Marketing Operations Project Manager manages and coordinates the end-to-end lifecycle of The Americas marketing contracts through the Conga system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely approvals, and proper execution. The Impact You'll Make:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Legal department and Marketing team, ensuring clear communication and timely alignment on agreement-related matters.
  • Distribute marketing agreements for internal review and approval. Conduct quality and complete reviews of agreement drafts to confirm all required deliverables were addressed during the initial business review. Communicate legal revisions, comments, and redlines with the Legal department and coordinate translation requests as needed to obtain the final clean version of the agreement.
  • Support end-to-end management of the company's marketing contracts in Conga by applying best contract management practices, including tracking, managing end dates, and maintaining accurate account records (athletes, vendors, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. Consistently available on Teams to promptly address quick questions from the marketing & legal teams.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with key stakeholders as needed to address and resolve outstanding issues/questions. Attend meetings as requested by the Marketing team to provide guidance, support, and subject-matter expertise as needed.
  • Review daily calendar and proactively prepare for upcoming meetings, including advance review and final preparation prior to each call.
  • Prepare and distribute a weekly agreement status report every Friday to the teams, highlighting agreements pending signature. Create and generate reports on an as-needed basis in response to requests from the team. Prepare and run monthly reports covering agency partnerships and athlete/ambassador agreements.
  • Support in the creation and refinement of training decks. Assist the legal department with template form testing
Who You Are:
