Position Description
National Marketing/Communications Associate
Position Overview:
The CORE Group is hiring a full-time National Marketing/Communications Associate to join our dynamic Marketing Team in our Frisco, TX headquarters office. This role is ideal for creative and driven individuals with 3-5+ years' experience with a focus on graphic design. The ideal individual will have experience in critical thinking, the ability to think creatively and have general knowledge expertise in marketing and communications. The National Marketing/Communications Associate will support a fast-paced department focused on delivering exceptional professional services and brand representation for multiple companies. The national marketing and communications team supports regional marketing departments and produces high-quality deliverables and various other creative projects to support the company's growing needs.
The National Marketing/Communications Associate will contribute to a team dedicated to exceeding client expectations and finding innovative ways to enhance services. This position focuses on managing and developing marketing and communications collateral, graphics, and content, as well as supporting marketing and communication administration tasks. The role will also support the team's national proposal writers and is willing to be a team play in supporting and leading pursuits, when needed. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities under pressure. A passion in graphic design and experience with Adobe Suite products is a highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications Collateral and Graphics:
  • Develop engaging marketing and communication materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Create visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining consistent brand identity.

Event and National Conference Coordination:
  • Create promotional materials and presentations for national conferences using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Proposal Support
  • Willingness to support proposals with the ability to learn how to lead a proposal as an additional backup resource, when needed.

Administrative and Team Support:
  • Maintain organized project files and support regional and national marketing teams with organizational needs.
  • Participate in team meetings, offering creative input and solutions for marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as an extension to all marketers to provide support where needed, including for proposals, conferences, events, collateral, etc.

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
  • A bachelor's degree in a creative, marketing, or related field is required.

Experience and Skills:
  • 3-5+ years' experience in marketing or communications is required.
  • Experience in graphic design is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to initiate new ideas and projects.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications are highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.

Other Requirements:
  • This role is based in-office five days per week; however, remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting multiple deadlines.
