Our client is seeking a Campaign Program Manager on a temp-to-perm basis in NYC (4x onsite, 1x remote).
Salary/Hourly Rate
$75/hr - $85/hr
Position Overview
The Campaign Program Manager will drive operational excellence in holiday program management. This role partners closely with PM, Strategy, Content Strategy, and Creative teams to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration. The focus is on hands-on project management to identify and implement practical improvements during seasonal planning.
Responsibilities Of The Campaign Program Manager
  • Partner side-by-side with PM, Strategy, Content Strategy, and Creative teams on the Holiday program to consolidate, communicate, and activate opportunities to streamline ways of working.
  • Evolve operating models, pod rituals, and planning processes to improve collaboration and communication.
  • Integrate into project plans, workflows, and schedules for all holiday work.
  • Create clear project plans with statuses, dependencies, and risk identification.
  • Surface workflow friction, duplication, unclear ownership, and inefficiencies.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to simplify collaboration and decision-making.
  • Shape future-state workflow improvements aligned with broader transformation vision without creating conflicting processes.
  • Create standardized documentation to formalize processes, SOPs, and ways of working for the PM team.
  • Embed improvements into Fall planning milestones, pod rituals, and execution cadences.
  • Provide clear updates and communication of progress at the executive level.
  • Focus on practical, in-flight management and improvements rather than theoretical or separate transformation workstreams.
