This role exists to drive consistent census growth through disciplined business development and clear communication across stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners- Manage lead flow, follow-up cadence, and referral tracking to improve conversion- Coordinate admission intake and ensure required admissions documentation is complete and compliant- Communicate bed availability and placement updates with professionalism and urgencyRequired qualifications/skills:- 5+ years in long-term care marketing and admissions, or closely related post-acute business development- Strong communication, people skills, and reliable follow-up habits- Organized, safety-minded, and able to work independently with work-from-home flexibilityIf you bring proven post-acute referral results and operational attention to detail, apply today.Total RewardsMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus a 401(k) program.
