  • Plan and run tests involving bids, audience targeting, creative content, product selection, and budgets
  • Work with Sales, Merchandising, Content, and Supply Chain teams to coordinate campaign priorities
  • Clearly share campaign results and recommendations with marketing leaders and business partners
  • Keep up with changes to Walmart Connect, Wayfair Advertising, and retail media
  • Find ways to improve campaign processes, reporting, and efficiency

  • Experience managing or supporting campaigns on at least one paid-media, retail media, or e-commerce advertising platform
  • Understanding of common performance marketing measures, such as return on ad spend, conversion rate, cost per click, click-through rate, and sales
  • Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools to organize and review campaign data
  • Ability to analyze information and solve problems
  • Ability to explain data and campaign results and recommend clear next steps
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage several priorities and work with teams across the company

  • Experience managing campaigns for a large number of products
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
  • Experience with Skai or another retail media management platform
  • Experience with e-commerce or marketplace advertising
