About the Role:

Dr. Squatch is seeking an Associate Project Manager/Commercialization Sr. Associate (Mass, Club, Drug Markets) to join our Product Team. This full‑time, hybrid role is based in Marina Del Rey, CA, and reports to the Senior Commercialization Manager of Retail. Base compensation is in the $70,000–$85,000 range, commensurate with experience and market rates.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and drive large‑scale, strategic retail channel launches to achieve key goals across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Marketing, and Financial Operations.
  • Execute launches by gate‑keeping the retail stage‑gate process (the single source of truth for all product launches at DRSQ), developing cross‑functional timelines, leading weekly meetings, and communicating launch status.
  • Develop subject‑matter expertise to partner effectively with all teams during the launch process.
  • Proactively identify gaps or blind spots in processes and work with teams to create long‑term solutions.
  • Motivate teams and hold them accountable for meeting deliverables and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the Commercialization function by expanding capabilities, increasing capacity, developing new processes, broadening scope, and building the team.
About You:
  • Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Business, Engineering, or related field).
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, strategy/management consulting, engineering, or business analytics, preferably within CPG, e‑commerce, or startup environments.
  • Experience with project‑management systems such as Monday, Asana, or Jira.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • General interest in health and wellness.
  • A strong desire to learn and gain experience with a fast‑growing brand.
