Job description

Coordinates MCL proposal process through entire lifecycle (from initiation, to hand off to customer, to gathering metrics); Planning, coordinating deliverables, and responsibilities across all MCL team members. Works with internal teams for maintaining bid metrics, which supply multiple data repositories and are utilized and presented to leadership monthly. Creates and facilitates communications and client facing materials within a cross-functional team in support of securing and maintaining MCL business relationships. Responsible for facilitating projects and ensuring quality of MCL bids, RFPs, and other marketing tools/communications. Manages delivery, file retention, and organization of key documents related to successful operations in U.S. and international territories. Collaborates with multiple teams for continuous process improvement in support of advancing MCL's business and value propositions. Ensures continuity between MCL marketing, contracting, pricing, and field staff to provide an integrated client-facing proposal. Communicates project updates and information to all project team members utilizing multiple communication channels. In support of the third-party billing committee, prepares financial data for committee review and analysis. Demonstrates ability to prioritize and facilitate competing objectives while communicating information in clear and unambiguous terms to internal teams, field staff, and leadership.

  •  Must demonstrate attention to detail and show initiative, accountability and ownership of projects. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment is a must. 
  • Candidate must be solution-focused, possess excellent communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Adept at managing several projects or tasks simultaneously, and the ability to exercise appropriate judgement when prioritizing projects.
  •  Project management experience, especially in a fast-paced environment, is preferred.
  •  Prefer a strong knowledge of Excel, including the ability to manage, manipulate, and formulate various spreadsheets, data, graphs, and pivot tables. 
  • Strong working knowledge of software applications (e.g. MS Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and similar tools), CRM Database (Client Relationship Management), and Online communications platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools) are preferred.
  • Preferred candidate will reside in Minnesota.
