Job description

The Role

Come help us streamline and modernize the pharmacy industry! At iA, everything we do is designed to help pharmacists make a difference in the health and well-being of patients. From our intelligent prescription fulfillment software to our sophisticated counting and collation hardware, iA empowers pharmacists to focus on patient care.  

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have responsibilities in meaningful marketing projects, which may include developing campaigns and implementing marketing strategies. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing, brand and growth team in a variety of marketing facets. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing disciplines. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment. 

The iA Intern Program is a 10-week summer internship, running from, Tuesday June 1, 2027, through Friday, August 6, 2027.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform market analysis and research on competition
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, print advertising, web, etc.)
  • Prepare promotional presentations
  • Help distribute marketing materials
  • Data analysis of marketing metrics
  • Help organize marketing events
  • Develop content (e.g. blog posts, infographics, etc.)

Who you are:

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and adobe creative suite)
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters degree

Compensation: 

The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $18 to $26 per hour, though a candidate's hourly rate shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
