Aksia is an alternative investments specialist providing investment management, advisory, and research services across private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge funds. The firm employs more than 450 professionals, including over 170 investment professionals, across nine offices globally. As of May 31, 2026 Aksia oversaw $343 billion of assets under supervision.

Team Overview

The Marketing Publications team is responsible for the development, distribution, and maintenance of all external-facing collateral, including pitchbooks, research publications, social media and website content, and press releases. The team builds on Aksia's brand identity and reputation as world-class alternatives investors.

Position Overview

The Marketing Publications Analyst or Associate is responsible for helping craft marketing content that furthers the narratives of Aksia and its asset classes, and adheres to Aksia's brand guidelines. The role will focus on synthesizing complex investment strategies into compelling, cohesive stories, driving the development and delivery of our freshest marketing material. The role will also work closely with Aksia stakeholders and partners to support the maintenance and distribution of marketing collateral.

This position is remote-friendly with the expectation of working United States eastern time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with investment and client teams to develop marketing content from initial idea through execution.
  • Design compelling narratives that comply with and enhance the framing of Aksia's brand identity.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing content roadmap to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate workflows for the creation and management of marketing collateral across teams, including collecting feedback and orchestrating updates.
  • Work with the Marketing Publications team to ensure content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to brand standards across all collateral.
  • Assist with departmental projects and other opportunities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within asset management, financial services, or a related field
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a broad audience
  • Demonstrated project management and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to communicate clearly and escalate risks early
  • Basic understanding of branding and messaging principles

The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Aksia provides a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
