Multimedia Marketing Manager

Digital Resource is a full-service internet marketing agency with a proven track record in generating online leads and sales, elevating brand market share, and proving return on investment for forward-thinking companies.

We are currently looking for a Multimedia Marketing Manager to join our talented team!

This position reports to the president of the company. The requirements and responsibilities of this position are listed below.

Management

This position requires the management of the Multimedia Team a team made up of videographers and photographers.

Management Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
  • Contributing and improving department workflow and processes
  • Building team confidence and skillset
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Studio management (tracking inventory)
  • Maintaining digital assets for Digital Resource and client work
  • Managing relationships with team members
  • Encouraging and participating in cross-departmental collaboration
  • Identifying trends and market conditions to enhance deliverables
  • Managing and executing pre-production, production, and post-production processes
  • Video Content Creation
This Position Entails Creating Video Content. From Brand Highlight Videos To Social Media Advertisements, The Multimedia Marketing Manager Must Be Well-Versed In:
  • Shoot planning
  • Shot list preparation
  • Storyboarding
  • Scripting
  • Directing
  • Filming
  • Editing (includes color correction, voiceovers and audio, graphics overlays, etc.)
  • Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus!
Photo Content Creation

This position entails creating photo content. From in-studio product photography and headshots to custom social media and lifestyle shoots, the

Multimedia Marketing Manager Must Be Well-Versed In:
  • Shoot planning
  • Shot list preparation
  • Directing
  • In-studio lighting & shooting
  • Natural light shooting
  • Editing (color correction, cut-outs, airbrushing, etc.)

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, Audition, etc.)
