An Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to collaborate with social media influencers and content creators. Their goal is to promote a brand's products or services through authentic partnerships that reach target audiences. Job description

We are partnering with a rapidly growing lifestyle and media brand to identify an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager who will play a key role in scaling one of the company's fastest-growing revenue channels.

This is a highly visible position for someone who thrives at the intersection of commerce, content, creator partnerships, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate understands how to turn editorial content, social media, and creator influence into measurable revenue through strategic affiliate partnerships.

What You'll Do
  • Own and execute the company's affiliate commerce strategy across multiple digital platforms.
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities and cultivate relationships with retailers, affiliate networks, and strategic partners.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize conversion, revenue, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with content, social, partnerships, and brand teams to develop commerce-first campaigns that feel authentic to the audience.
  • Stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging commerce opportunities.
  • Develop scalable processes that support continued growth across affiliate programs.
  • Negotiate affiliate partnerships and maximize revenue opportunities with both existing and new partners.
  • Monitor KPIs, reporting, attribution, and campaign performance while making data-driven recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure affiliate initiatives are integrated into broader marketing and content strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of affiliate marketing, affiliate commerce, performance marketing, or partnership experience.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, or similar networks.
  • Experience growing affiliate revenue for a consumer brand, publisher, creator business, or media company.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or editorial teams is highly preferred.
Preferred Background

We are especially interested in candidates from:

  • Consumer lifestyle or media brands
  • Digital publishers
  • Creator economy businesses
  • Beauty, fashion, wellness, or CPG companies
  • Affiliate-first commerce organizations
  • Influencer marketing platforms

This is an opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial organization where affiliate commerce is a strategic growth initiative—not simply another marketing channel. You'll have the autonomy to build, optimize, and scale programs that directly impact revenue while partnering with an innovative, collaborative leadership team.
