About the Role

As an Advertising Support Associate specializing in Google's Local Services Ads (LSA), you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the LSA onboarding and verification process. You will help maximize their digital presence, enhance overall marketing success, and strengthen the partnership between Scorpion and its clients.

What Your Success Will Look Like
  • Efficiently work with the team to launch and support the management of clients' Local Services Ads (LSA) profiles
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and prioritize clients for LSA onboarding
  • Assist in collecting, tracking, and reporting data related to billing and other relevant metrics
  • Support Account Managers and clients through the LSA onboarding process, escalating issues as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact between Scorpion, Google, Pinkerton, Evident, and clients to maintain seamless communication
  • Address basic issues within the LSA process, escalating complex challenges to senior team members
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and developments in the LSA product space
Who you are and what you bring
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience
    • 0-1 year, including internships. Great for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
  • Certifications
    • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or Google Ads are a plus
  • ย Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Clear communication and collaboration skills.
    • Nice to have:ย Hands-on experience with Google's Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile.

Compensation ย 

We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.

  • The base salary range is $55,000 (entry-level) - $65,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
  • The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
