Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Activation Manager to lead the activation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role partners with Growth Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are planned, aligned, execution-ready, and delivered successfully while driving process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate campaign planning, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with Data, Insights, Segmentation, Martech, Solution Architecture, and Web teams to ensure campaign readiness.
  • Drive campaign activation, execution, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor campaign progress, milestones, and performance reporting.
  • Develop standardized campaign processes, playbooks, templates, and best practices.
  • Support campaign optimization through performance insights and cross-functional collaboration.


Required Skills:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Marketing Activation.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing, campaign execution, and marketing operations.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.


Schedule: Remote | Must support EST business hours.
