Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale, and service.
They are now looking to add to their team and are looking to hire a "Marketing Activation Manager". This role will be 100% Remote
Job Summary:
  • This role is responsible for enabling the successful activation of marketing campaigns across regions, channels, and business segments. This individual partners closely with Growth Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are clearly defined, aligned, and delivered with consistency and operational excellence.
  • Acting as the central point of coordination across Marketing execution functions, this role ensures that campaign plans are translated into executable actions, with clear timelines, aligned stakeholders, and defined success metrics. This role drives standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement in campaign activation processes, supporting the organization's ability to deliver high-impact marketing programs.
  • With strong leadership and collaboration capabilities, this role influences cross-functional teams, enables execution through structured processes, and supports the evolution of campaign activation best practices across the marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Alignment
  • Partner with campaign stakeholders to understand marketing goals, audience strategies, and success metrics
  • Ensure campaign plans are clearly defined, aligned to business objectives, and ready for execution
  • Validate timelines, dependencies, and readiness across all contributing functions
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison between campaign owners and Marketing Performance functions (Data, Insights, Segmentation, Solution Architecture, Web, Martech)
  • Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure alignment on campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Facilitate working sessions to drive clarity, resolve dependencies, and align execution plans
  • Campaign Enablement & Readiness
  • Ensure all components required for campaign execution are aligned, including audience readiness, data requirements, tracking, and system dependencies
  • Drive campaign readiness processes, ensuring campaigns are prepared for launch with consistency and quality
  • Identify risks, gaps, or misalignment early and coordinate resolution across teams

Execution Oversight & Delivery
  • Oversee campaign activation progress across teams, ensuring delivery aligns to defined timelines and objectives
  • Provide visibility into campaign status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders
  • Support issue resolution and escalation management for campaign-related challenges
  • Standardization & Process Excellence
  • Develop and maintain standardized campaign activation processes, frameworks, and playbooks
  • Drive consistency in campaign intake, planning, and execution across regions and teams
  • Enable scalable execution through reusable templates, workflows, and best practices
  • Performance Coordination & Optimization
  • Coordinate with Insights & Reporting teams to monitor campaign performance
  • Ensure campaign performance data is captured accurately and aligned to measurement frameworks
  • Support optimization efforts by aligning stakeholders on performance insights and recommended actions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 8-12+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or cross-functional marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and campaign execution processes
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
  • Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect campaign execution to business outcomes

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
