As a Field Marketing Specialist, you'll be the face of ALLO in the community. This field-based role combines in-person sales execution, marketing activation, and market intelligence to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. You'll engage directly with potential customers, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, and represent ALLO's values while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Through Field Marketing: Actively engage potential customers in the field to generate leads, convert opportunities, and deliver measurable sales results and return on investment.
  • Build Rapport & Influence Decisions: Quickly establish trust with prospects by uncovering their needs and positioning ALLO's services as the best solution in the market.
  • Demonstrate Value: Leverage ALLO's training, tools, and marketing resources to deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight service quality, reliability, and long-term value.
  • Close Sales in the Field: Lead confident, consultative sales conversations and close new customers on the spot, using each win as momentum to consistently exceed targets.
  • Execute Field Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and promotions designed to support sales goals and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate Closely with Sales & Marketing: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging, share field insights, and optimize campaign performance and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Generate new leads through community engagement, local events, and field marketing initiatives, and consistently follow up on those leads to convert opportunities into closed sales.
  • Cross-Team Sales Support: Support and assist Front Office and Door-to-Door Sales teams as needed to ensure all areas of the operation are properly staffed, aligned, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Share Best Practices & Learn Continuously: Collaborate cross-functionally, participate in ongoing training, and share insights to strengthen individual and team performance.
  • Complete Onboarding & Training: Complete bootcamp and training programs, including field, inside, and front-office sales training.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum 4-year college degree) required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, community engagement, or a related role (preferred).

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Proven ability to drive sales results and demonstrate return on investment (ROI) through field marketing, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • This is a field-based role: candidates must be located within an ALLO fiberhood to actively promote the brand and drive local sales. No remote work option.
  • Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to track leads, activity, and sales performance.
  • Basic knowledge of market research and reporting tools is a plus.
