About the Opportunity:
We are looking for multiple Research Project Managers, supporting our Consulting, Corporate, Private Equity, and Market Research teams. The Research Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of market research projects. This role involves fielding, providing client updates, and ensuring quality. By facilitating effective communication and maintaining project efficiency, the Project Manager enhances our ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to the organization's success and fostering strong client relationships.
What You'll Do:
Project Management: Manage the overall flow and execution of projects, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded. This includes:
  • Owning individual projects from handoff at time of win to invoicing
  • Leading client phone calls on process
  • Managing multiple projects at a given time

Client Communication: Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle including:
  • Daily updates to clients
  • Answering standard client questions
  • Scheduling and recruiting for follow-up calls

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables through various activities such as:
  • Placing redirects
  • Managing fielding via both internal and external samples
  • Performing quality checks
  • Reconciling projects and invoicing

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in market research or a related industry
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Team collaboration and leadership skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

What to Expect:
  • 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
  • 2nd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 3rd Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team

Please note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station (Denver) or Back Bay (Boston) office. In Cincinnati, we have a co-working space that the team meets at 1-4/month, with the anticipation that we may have a fully onsite office in the future. We are not considering remote, hybrid, or out-of-area candidates, and do not work with outside recruiting agencies.
