Key Responsibilities
  • Execute, document, and refine operational processes for mandated research lines of business.
  • Design and implement internal operational workflows to satisfy legal, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the Relationship Manager for external research vendors, leading contracting, evaluation, performance reporting, and daily vendor management.
  • Maintain and optimize operational and intake tools (document storage, performance metrics, and project tracking systems) for accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional research teammates, marketing partners, and business lines to support large-scale, complex research initiatives.
  • Evaluate and streamline departmental operational processes to enhance efficiency and ensure timely delivery of insights.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or Business.
  • 3+ years of complex market research project management experience, managing full project lifecycles from initial concept through execution and final presentation.
  • 3+ years of experience managing external research vendors, including contract negotiations, vendor evaluation, and liaising between business leaders and vendors.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience navigating legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements specific to healthcare research.
  • Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder needs while maintaining strict timeline and budget constraints.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Direct experience with mandated research standards and requirements.
  • Strong background across varied market research methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating research with diverse groups, including low-income populations, multicultural groups, and individuals with disabilities.
  • Prior work experience within the health insurance industry.
