Job description

Description

JOIN OUR TEAM

The Integrated GTM team is responsible for leading go-to-market frameworks and strategic alignment across TELUS' Consumer marketing organization - spanning Wireless and Wireline. We are at the center of the consumer organization, working with a large group of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all marketing initiatives seamlessly support and drive our business priorities across all channels. We ensure that every initiative comes to life for customers and sales reps with clarity, consistency, and impact.

HERE'S THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE AND WHAT WE'LL ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER

As a Senior Market Manager, you'll lead Go-To-Market (GTM) coordination of major Wireless and Wireline marketing initiatives, bridging marketing strategy and operational execution. This role sits at the center of our GTM function, owning end-to-end launch readiness and ensuring seamless coordination across channels, commercial partners, and customer segments.

You'll own the orchestration of the entire GTM lifecycle - from plan through execution and post-launch feedback - while building scalable processes that enable consistent, high-impact delivery. You'll drive alignment across functions, partner with messaging, execution, and channel enablement teams, and serve as a trusted authority on GTM standards and execution rigor.

HERE'S HOW

  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end GTM workstreams for major product launches and strategic initiatives, owning detailed workback schedules and ensuring thoughtful, coordinated execution across all channels

  • Strategic Planning & Governance: Develop and enforce comprehensive GTM frameworks and standards. Manage the master calendar and ensure all initiatives align to and support business objectives

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with commercial leads, messaging teams, channel enablement, and go-to-market execution teams to drive consistency, coordination, and effectiveness across the entire customer and rep experience

  • Launch Readiness & Execution Rigor: Ensure channel and customer readiness across key initiatives. Define clear accountability, timelines, and quality standards that enable seamless execution and post-launch optimization

  • Marketing Analytics & Optimization: Define KPIs to track program performance and GTM impact. Analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to continuously sharpen GTM strategy and effectiveness

  • Process Innovation: Identify and drive enhancements to downstream processes, tooling, and workflows that simplify execution and enable the team to scale impact

Qualifications

YOU'RE THE MISSING PIECE OF THE PUZZLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • 5-7 years of relevant marketing, strategy, or GTM experience in telecommunications or B2C industries

  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end initiatives with strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities across verbal, written, and presentation formats for all organizational levels

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and understand core business KPIs

  • Experience engaging diverse stakeholders and collaborating with leadership to drive alignment

  • Strategic and creative thinking approach with ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and evolving priorities

  • Familiarity with pricing strategy, offer mechanics, or competitive positioning in telecom markets

  • Experience with marketing automation, process governance, or tooling enhancements that drive operational efficiency
