As you demonstrate proficiency, you'll be trained to take on discovery calls, scoping engagements, and proposal development — eventually managing opportunities through the full sales cycle. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you build rapport and trust quickly.

Self-motivated and activity-driven; you thrive being measured against clear production targets.

Experience in professional services, accounting, finance, or a related B2B environment a plus.

Provide ongoing feedback to leadership on market trends, competitor activity, pricing observations, and prospective client needs.

Convert networking and referral activity into qualified opportunities, transitioning them to the Director with complete prospect context — progressively taking on discovery, scoping, proposal development, and client acquisition as proficiency grows.

Log networking activity, contacts, and referral relationships in the CRM consistently and accurately.
